I have a small electric stone-milling machine that can take up to 1kg of grains or dried pulses at a time and grind them to flour. Happy to use it for anyone who can come to Mountsandel and bring dry, non-greasy items to be ground. It has to be dry grains or pulses and no nuts. Wet/damp/oily items clog up the grinder, so I won't do them.

This offer is to actually mill grains to flour, not for the actual mill itself.

Wheaten bread, scones- plain, raspberry & white choc, raspberry ruffle, bounty, chocolate orange, pancakes- plain or choc chip, Buns- fifteens, mars squares, flapjacks, fairy cakes. Sponge with fresh cream and fruit. Pavlova with fresh cream and fruit.
