Description:	Living Light Circle is a new movement dedicated to motivate people to form their own social groups with the purpose of supporting each other, forming islands of sanity and cooperation in the midst the ensuing chaos. We wish to promote the Community Exchange philosophy all over the world, starting with Puerto Rico, since social and economic conditions are ripe for CES. Living Light Circle's Guiding principle is: You Get what you Give, so Give what you want to Get.
