Description:	This is intended to be a way to exchange our talents with one another without needing to acquire money as a first step. Units of trade are "spells", representing an equivalent to 4 minutes of human manual labor. As there are 15 four-minute spells in one hour, 15 spells = 1 hour of manual labor. HOWEVER, all details of trades and gifts are determined by the parties interacting and are not to be dictated by the valuation of 15 spells = 1 hour.
