We fresh stone grind our wheat flower from wheat berries before each bake in our pizza oven. This production method produces the best quality bread obtainable. Because it is ground from berries and not mechanically de-husked, it is very high in fibre.

A batch consists of 3.5kg of dough which we devide into 4 pieces, roughly the same size. Because we do not weigh each bread induvidually and entire batch needs to be purchased. Slicing and freazing the bread keeps it fresh for many months, and the slices can be defrosted as needed.

Price is R40 per bread x 4. It can be paid for in T, R or traded for other healthy foodstuff.

This bread is only made to order, and we can provide half of a small loaf as free sample for testing.
